The project for Leewood Realty at 60 Newark St. in Haverhill, MA consisted of 97,000 sf of re-roofing. Two thirds of the roof was a .060 Sika-Sarnafil PVC mechanically fastened system with high-density isocyanurate cover board. The remaining area was covered with .060 PVC felt-backed membrane.
