Nestled on Route 9 in Natick the folks at Landry’s wanted to open up the interior to natural light and reduce electric costs so 23 prismatic skylights were installed over the entire building as the existing EPDM roofing system was replaced with a new Firestone EPDM roofing system with a 15 year warranty. The skylights were supplied by Firestone and included in the warranty. The skylights are called prismatic because the domes are made of small prisms that catch the light when the sun is lower in the sky and also diffuse it evenly in the interior for a more natural light without the glare.
